The Carji Club is for like-minded AFL footy loving members with a collegiate competition designed around the votes of each year’s Brownlow medal. The competition culminates in an October lunch where final selection results are formalised and the coveted Carji jacket and medal are awarded.
Special guest speakers will attend the lunch including a Brownlow Medallist providing footy insight and entertainment. The Carji Club makes charitable donations to the charity chosen by the Brownlow Medallist.

From all of us at DEBRA Australia, we extend our deepest thanks to the members of the Carji Club for their extraordinary generosity. Your recent donation [$20,000] is already making a profound impact in the lives of children, adults, and families living with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). Your support has provided a vital boost to our In-Home Nursing Support Program, enabling us to deliver specialised care directly to those who need it most. Anne Paton, Philanthropy Manager, Debra Australia | Ladder’s National Program Manager Tara and Development Coach Brittany attended the event [Carji Lunch] in October to speak about Ladder and the lasting impact that our work has on the lives of some of the most disadvantaged young people in communities across Australia. Funds raised of $21,000 will enable Ladder to continue working with some of the most complex young people, in the most marginalised and socially disadvantaged communities in Australia. |
